Order Processing
- Your orders will be processed within a certain timeframe. 48 to 72 hours (working days).
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.

We currently deliver to Europe, including France and Belgium. For any specific destination requests, please contact our customer service.
Delivery Options
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery by Chronopost Free, delivery time 5 to 10 days working.
- Express delivery by DHL Cost: €30, delivery time: 2 to 5 days working.

- Orders exceeding50 € require a signature upon delivery.
- You can track the progress of your order via your account.ClloParis or via the confirmation email you will receive.
